Sailing Club is one of the regular event venues in Nha Trang with more than 2000 guests participating continuously. However, the initial WiFi system did not meet the access demand, causing difficulties for customers with poor WiFi connection, and staff ordering from tablets had similar problems.

SoundCheck suggested rebuilding the cabling and upgrading from the old OpenMesh WiFi system to Grandstream Access Points. The entire system was upgraded within 2 working mornings, minimizing access interruptions and providing a WiFi experience with a speed of 100Mb/s, and allowing access to more than 2000 people at the same time. The system is load-balanced using advanced Mikrotik routers and 4 Grandstream access ports, providing stability and reliability.

Sailing Club has trusted and used SoundCheck's Social Media WiFi option, helping to promote and communicate the store more successfully. Customer behavior is recorded and analyzed, keeping Sailing Club as the top destination for tourists when traveling to Nha Trang.

Louisiane Brewhouse took the initiative to contact SoundCheck to request 360-degree video service and eventually opted to add a system-wide upgrade service with the option of Social Media WiFi.

Since the store already pre-loaded Unifi devices, we upgraded and added more capacity to the existing network, and balanced the load with 2 Internet connections for redundancy.

As a result, the speed and strength of WiFi have increased by 200% compared to the original, along with the capacity to allow access to more than 2000 guests at the same time - something that often happens at this popular tourist destination in Nha Trang. In addition, the insights extracted from the WiFi data help the store to identify loyal customers and encourage tourists to return to the store through the WiFi Marketing function.

SoundCheck is proud to be selected as the largest provider of computer, sound, and WiFi system installation services for Hostel in the Backpacker chain. We are confident to meet all the strict requirements of our customers with a high-speed WiFi network.

More than 1 Tb of data is downloaded every 10 days, VBH asked SoundCheck to build a 2x 80Mb load-balanced Internet connection to be able to handle this massive traffic. The network is properly partitioned to prevent guests from accessing staff computers, security cameras, cash registers, or office PCs. The sound system of SoundCheck is installed to suit many different configurations, from karaoke rooms to outdoor pool parties.

VBH also requires Social Media WiFi solutions so that guests can use WiFi at the Hostel and Kahunas Beach Club. We added Kahunas Beach Club to the public WiFi system so that VBH can see the percentage of guests staying from Hostel to using the beach club. This brings great convenience in providing WiFi passwords to each visiting customer.
